Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note about swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and mail it to our returns center at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You can expect:

  • Refunds: Original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs fees that are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
