Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using trusted carriers to ensure your little one’s outfits arrive safely and promptly.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

For international orders, please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable if you choose to return your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your Plush Mod purchases. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, our simple return process makes it easy to exchange or return items.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Mail your return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: Your original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
